The hotel was great, as you can expect from Florence. The room with comfortable beds. The location of the property was perfect, in the midst of everything.

The excellent and stunning location was near Via Roma Street. The room we had included central heating, a private safe, and multi-channel TV.

The staff we met were not polite.

The room was a great value, with comfortable beds and adequate size. The bathroom, although down the hall, was clean and secure. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Plus point: they had an elevator.

We loved the location of the hotel, as it was very close to the Duomo and right in the centre of this city. We also appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the fact that the hotel facilities were great. The transportation to and from the hotel was easy to arrange, and we didn't have any trouble with parking. The staff were very friendly and accommodating during our stay.

This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the city, just steps away from the main attractions like Santa Maria in Fiore. The convenience of being within walking distance of the Duomo, Uffizi Gallery, and Ponte Vecchio made exploring Florence a breeze. The room was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of space for our luggage. Despite the WC being outside the room, it was private and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The only minor inconvenience was the noise from the bustling street outside.
